Juli Templeton

Juli Templeton, RN, MSN, QMHP, TTS, is a registered nurse, a certified mental health professional in Oregon, and a tobacco treatment specialist. She serves as the PACT Nurse Educator with the SPIRIT Center at the University of Washington. Prior to her role at the SPIRIT Center, Juli served as the Oregon Center for Excellence in Assertive Community Treatment (OCEACT) Nurse Statewide Trainer for Options for Southern Oregon, where she was responsible for developing training materials and providing training to support ACT nurses in their positions.

Juli earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield University in 2019. She obtained her Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, where she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success.

With over nine years of nursing experience, Juli has specialized in psychiatric nursing, nursing management, geriatric nursing, wound care, and quality assurance. She has also worked with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness on the Assertive Community Treatment team in Columbia County, Oregon, for more than four years. Juli is committed to enhancing patient care through education, training, and leadership within the Washington State Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) teams.
