As an integrated, comprehensive approach to advancing client recovery and promoting autonomy, ACT teams necessarily address many different domains of a client’s life. Doing so effectively requires thorough, comprehensive assessment as a starting point for creating treatment plans that deliver the appropriate interventions. The following tools have been developed to aid in this work.

ACT DAILY TOOLS

The SPIRIT Center has developed a number of ACT-specific tools intended to assist team members in assessing clients, devising treatment plans, as well as delivering and documenting services.
