We do support programs in Washington State like Psychosis REACH, CBTp training and education, New Journeys, and PACT.

If you are seeking Psychosis Support Resources...

As A Patient

Please visit the following resources if the following criteria applies:

  • New Journeys (NJ) – WA state team-based outpatient program for individuals with early psychosis, based on the navigate model across WA. (first episode, teens and adults ages 15-40). Visit New Journeys Here: About New Journeys
  • Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) – WA state team-based outpatient program for individuals with SMI and greater system involvement based on the ACT (assertive community treatment) model. (acute, long-term care for adults ages 18+). For more information, please contact us: uwspiritlab@uw.edu 
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) – provides additional treatment resources beyond acute care, inpatient and continuous care – typically for patients not falling withing NJ and PACT criteria. For more information, please contact us: uwspiritlab@uw.edu 
As a Care Provider

CBT-p Training:

The CBT-p team provides training to state agencies and clinicians in cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis. We use a Stepped Care model, and clinicians can be trained in our foundational e-course, group, learning labs open enrollment, and a 2-day Intro to CBT-p.

Psychosis-Reach Training:

Psychosis REACH:
